Mpire Home Services collects property-specific data strictly for the purpose of diagnostic assessment, estimate generation, and service mobilization. We utilize the Google Maps API for property identification, and as such, users are also bound by the Google Privacy Policy.

2. SMS Privacy & Third-Party Sharing

We maintain a strict zero-sale policy. Your personal data is your property.

No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of collected data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will never be sold or shared with any third parties.

3. Data Security

All intelligence reports, property diagnostics, and client communications are stored in encrypted, cloud-based environments. Access is restricted exclusively to Mpire Home Services dispatch and field operatives.
