1. Communications & SMS Alerts

Program Name: Mpire Home Services Alerts

By submitting any inquiry or authorizing a proposal, you provide express written consent for Mpire Home Services to contact you via SMS, voice, and email regarding your property, estimates, scheduling, and service updates.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. We will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed.
  • Support: Reply with HELP for assistance, or email info@mpirehomeservices.com.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule.

2. Pre-Existing Conditions & Material Degradation

Mpire Home Services executes maintenance utilizing industry-standard, commercial-grade equipment and solutions. We are not liable for damage to property resulting from pre-existing degradation, poor initial installation, or deferred maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to: UV-degraded siding or paint that chips during exterior cleaning, hairline cracks in concrete revealed by pressure washing, fragile or improperly installed pool components, and pre-existing turf diseases. By authorizing work, the Client acknowledges that Mpire Home Services is held harmless for the failure of structurally compromised materials.

3. On-Site Utility Authorization

To execute the agreed-upon scope of work, the Client grants Mpire Home Services crews full authorization to utilize the property’s exterior water supply and electrical outlets. Mpire Home Services is not responsible for compensation or reimbursement for utility usage required to fulfill the service contract.

4. Payment, Tokenization, & Recurring Billing

For recurring estate management plans, the Client authorizes Mpire Home Services to securely tokenize their credit card or ACH banking information via our secure payment gateway (Stripe). The Client authorizes Mpire Home Services to automatically charge the card on file for recurring monthly plans, or immediately upon completion of per-visit service work orders. Deposits paid to secure scheduling are non-refundable once materials are ordered or the calendar block is confirmed.

5. Liability & Diagnostic Limitations

The "Property Health Check" (PHC) and any generated estimates are Visual Diagnostics only. They do not constitute a structural engineering report or a home inspection as defined by state law. We recommend consultation with a licensed structural engineer for any foundation or load-bearing concerns.
