1. Communications & SMS Alerts

Program Name: Mpire Home Services Alerts

By submitting any inquiry or Property Health Check (PHC) form, you provide express written consent for Mpire Home Services to contact you via SMS, voice, and email regarding your property, estimates, scheduling, and service updates.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
  • Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing jason@mpirehomeservices.com.
  • Rates & Frequency: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and inquiries.

2. Liability & Diagnostic Limitations

The "Property Health Check" (PHC) and any generated "Intelligence Reports" are Visual Diagnostics only. They do not constitute a structural engineering report, a home inspection as defined by state law, or a warranty of future performance. Mpire Home Services identifies observable symptoms of property stress. We recommend consultation with a licensed structural engineer for any foundation or load-bearing concerns.

3. The Mpire Standard of Service

Submission of an audit request does not guarantee service. Mpire Home Services reserves the right to decline mobilization based on regional capacity, property complexity, or safety hazards.
