It Started with a Single Mower

Our journey began right here in the community with a single push mower. As "Michael's Mowers," we started cutting grass and quickly learned what homeowners were truly looking for: a service they could count on. In an industry where just showing up was a competitive advantage, our reputation was built on reliability.

That simple promise allowed us to grow into a thriving business with over 120 weekly customers, serving communities from Citrus Heights to Lincoln. After years of hard work, we sold the lawn care route, which blessed me with the incredible opportunity to take time off to focus on my family.

A New Vision Was Born

​

During that time away, I realized how much I missed the satisfaction of helping people. This led to a new venture focused on partnering with local real estate agents in Roseville and Rocklin to handle property prep for photos and showings.

Working with them, we saw the bigger problem. The entire home service industry was fragmented. Why couldn't there be one trusted company to handle everything from lawn care and pool service to pressure washing and junk removal?
